I can't sign in, or my magic link didn't arrive

Magic links are single-use and short-lived. The most common cause is an old link, not a broken account.

   Check the spam and promotions folders for the message.

   Confirm you typed the same address you registered with — a different address makes a different account.

   Request a new link and use the newest email only. Older links stop working.

   Open the link in the same browser you asked for it in. Some mail apps open links in a private view that drops the session.
