Who runs DOPE, the platform and technology behind it, and how to contact support.
Who runs DOPE
DOPE is operated by 3-102-938908 SRL, a company registered in Costa Rica (registration number 3-102-938908), licensed and regulated by the Gaming Board of Anjouan, Union of Comoros, under licence number ALSI-202511053-FI2.
The registered address is Provincia de Puntarenas 06, Canton 11, Garabito, Jaco, 61101, Costa Rica. The licence is valid from 30 November 2025 to 29 November 2026. Check the regulator's public register or read our licence page.
The platform
The casino and sportsbook run on the Degaming platform, the gaming platform provider that supplies the games catalogue, wallet and sportsbook integration.
The technology
DOPE runs on Etherlink, the EVM execution layer of Tezos. Tezos is an open-source, self-upgradable proof-of-stake blockchain. Etherlink is a non-custodial Layer 2 powered by Tezos Smart Rollups. Player balances are kept in USD (USD StableMint), a dollar-denominated token issued by Stable Mint Ltd on Etherlink — not in Tezos's native tez, except as network gas.
Etherlink Mainnet went live on 2 May 2024, has chain ID 42793 and uses XTZ as its gas token. The Etherlink documentation and Tezos website provide more information.
USD StableMint is issued by Stable Mint Ltd, which states it is an MFSA-authorised electronic money institution issuing a MiCA electronic money token. Stable Mint states reserves are held 1:1 in cash and high-quality liquid assets and that tokens are redeemable at par.
The USD StableMint token contract on Etherlink is 0x6bDE51212203aE5d592Cc5180DA2ABBd41c922dE.
