What can be asked for
- Email verification. Where the site requires it, a verified email is needed before a withdrawal goes out.
- Basic profile details — name, date of birth, country.
- Identity or source-of-funds documents, if a review is triggered by our legal duties.
If a check applies to you, it is shown on the withdrawal screen with the exact step to take. Nothing is requested by email out of the blue.
Use your own details
The account, the documents and the withdrawal wallet must all belong to the same person. Third-party payouts are refused.
